At Marley's Home, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Even though it will probably be finalized earlier, please allow up to 7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) for orders to be processed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We ship to all provinces within South Africa.

Standard Shipping:

  • Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2-4 business days
  • Other urban areas: 3-5 business days
  • Rural areas: 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your order number.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within South Africa. We do not ship to PO boxes - please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

All packages are carefully packed to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the box is visibly damaged
  • If you've already accepted delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage
  • We will work with the courier to file a claim and send you a replacement

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the courier returns the package to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Customs and Duties

As we only ship within South Africa, there are no customs or import duties to worry about.
