At Marley's Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Rolling papers, tips, or cones that have been opened
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via email or our contact form with your order number
- Provide the reason for your return
- Wait for our return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to the address provided
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over R500, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us with your order details.
