What if my product arrives damaged?

We pack all glass products carefully, but accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return. If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How do I clean my glass bong or pipe?

Use isopropyl alcohol (90% or higher) and coarse salt. Shake thoroughly, rinse with warm water, and repeat if necessary. For stubborn residue, let it soak in the alcohol solution.

How often should I change my bong water?

Change your bong water after every session for the best taste and smoothest hits. Fresh water prevents buildup and keeps your piece clean.

How do I refill my Zippo lighter?

Lift the insert from the case, turn it over, and apply Zippo lighter fluid to the cotton wadding. Replace the wick and flint as needed using our Zippo replacement parts.

How do I maintain my quartz banger?

Clean your quartz banger after each use with a cotton swab while it's still warm. For deep cleaning, soak in isopropyl alcohol. Avoid overheating to prevent clouding.

How do I know when to replace my downstem?

Replace your downstem if it's cracked, chipped, or no longer creates a proper seal. A damaged downstem can affect airflow and filtration.
